Blu Dot Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd trading as Blu Dot SA is a product solutions company. We promote various products and services to both individuals and business entities. We are registered in the Republic of South Africa, registration information is Blu Dot Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd, registration number (K2020/459018). We primarily focus on providing a variety of products and services to both individuals and businesses in South Africa. We therefore enter into a stakeholder agreement with various suppliers which enable us to deliver premium products and services to our customers. From time-to-time we require our customers details which will be shared with our 3rd party stakeholders when subscribing to a particular product and service with the full consent of our customers.

In terms of the Protection of the Personal Information Act (POPIA) and we based our processing and collecting on the following

Storage of your personal information
We ensure that all our customer information is securely stored on our Cloud. It is our company policy that we will not keep your personal or business information longer than the period for which it was originally intended for, unless we are required by law to do so, or you consent to us retaining such information for a longer period, or otherwise in compliance with the POPI Act.
Direct Marketing/Digital Marketing and Opting Out
The company will only send you direct marketing communication if you subscribed to our newsletter and consented on receiving marketing material. Our customers can opt out of receiving future marketing material by clicking unsubscribe or send us an email to stop the sending of any newsletters or marketing material to info@bludotsa.co.za.
All marketing material may contain or use pixel tags, web beacon, and/or HTML-formatted email messages that track and report back to us the action a recipient take in response to our emails. Website/digital platforms activities: We make use of various tools and technologies to collect data about you follow, post comments on, or otherwise interact with us on www.bludotsa.co.za / www.store.bludotsa.co.za or any of our social media sales channels.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so that we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

- When you request us to destroy or remove your personal information. It is our responsibility to consider your request, taking into account any other laws or regulations prohibiting us from destroying your personal data
- You are protected by law and is not required to pay any fee for exercising your rights. If such request is received, we have 30 working days to respond to such request.
