Summary of exchange timeline
Damaged product when delivered Request must be logged and product need to be collected within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Wrong product ordered– Request must be logged and product need to be collected or send to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Wrong product received: Request must be logged and product need to be collected within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Product within warrantee: product to be send or collected within the warrentee period stipulated.
